L’échauffement muscle son jeu
Résumé
Incontournable de la pratique sportive, l’échauffement est aujourd’hui bien intégré dans les routines de préparation avant l’entraînement et la compétition. Du cerveau jusqu’au muscle, cet article propose de décrire les effets majeurs des différentes techniques d’échauffement et d’apprécier dans quelle mesure elles favorisent l’atteinte d’une performance optimale, voire contribuent à réduire le risque de blessure.
