Sports science research carried out at INSEP aims to provide coaches and athletes with new insights and scientific support, with a view to improving performance and/or reducing the incidence of injuries. Disseminating the results of these studies and highlighting their practical applications helps to bridge the gap between theory and practice, thereby optimising the support provided to athletes on their path to success.
